Local sports director joins PSU athletics department

Jacob Lenard is leaving his current position as sports director at KOAM to join the Pittsburg State University athletics department.

After being at KOAM for eight years, he will join Pitt State’s athletics department in June as the new associate director and fan management in order to spend more time with his family.

“With the position that I’m in now means I’m gone a lot of evenings and holidays,” Lenard said. “I have a 7-year-old, and he’s starting to get into sports and stuff like that.”
